A Rare SteelSeries QcK Heavy Mouse Pad

Thursday, December 11th, 2008

SteelSeries QcK MousepadThe SteelSeries Qck heavy mouse pad is an absolute monster among cloth mouse pads. It’s super-sized and made of quality cloth material with a special non-slip rubber base.

As far as I know we have the last one in Australia right here at Fraser Coast Computers.

While gamers love this mouse pad it’s been in short supply in Australia for quite some time because the importers have to bring this item in by the container load and I guess they’re worried that they won’t sell that many of one item.

Rick has spoken to the manufacturers but they refuse to ship this item in anything less than a container load and so, for the time being, thisĀ SteelSeries QcK Heavy Mouse PadĀ seems to be the last one in Australia. If you want it then call Rick and he’ll send it by mail.

A Change of Direction

Thursday, December 11th, 2008

December 11 2008 marks a change of direction for the Home and Small Office Computer Guide. In the past the Guide has brought you some of the latest technical gadgets that are out there but from now on it will be your window into two computer related businesses in Hervey Bay.

Fraser Coast Computers is the first business. It’s a busy computer store in Hervey Bay that specialises in custom built computers and guaranteed computer repairs. The shop also stocks hard to get items motherboards and equipment that gamers love to add to their set up at home.

Geeky Gifts is the second business that you will be able to check out here at Home and Small Office Computer Guide. As the name implies Geeky Gifts is all about gifts that only a geek would love and you will find some crazy USB things here as well as some useful but quirky items too.

Fraser Coast Computers does not sell online although you can phone with your credit card details if you want to purchase something that is in stock. Geeky Gifts on the other hand is an online shop and if it’s in stock then you can purchase it online and have it delivered by Australia Post.

You may have noticed if you’ve been poking about that both businesses share the same address but we are two totally separate businesses owned by entirely different people. We just happen to share office space and this blog.
